    Your initial consultation is about exploring current health goals, presenting symptoms, gut health, past medical history, medications & nutritional supplements, diet & lifestyle factors to understand your unique health picture. At the end of this consultation, your practitioner will connect the dots and summarise a treatment plan inclusive of functional testing recommendations unique to you.

    Your first follow up consultation will generally be scheduled 3-6 weeks following your initial consultation or when we have any necessary further test results i.e. gut microbiome, DUTCH hormones, food intolerances etc. During your first follow up consultation, we will discuss your results in detail linking them to your health concerns. Based on this we will then discuss your personalised treatment plan. Your treatment may include dietary advice & lifestyle recommendations, as well as herbal medicine &/or nutritional supplementation prescription tailored specifically to you and your test results.

  • 30-45mins

    Subsequent review consultations will generally be scheduled every 4-8 weeks, depending on your unique treatment needs. Review consultations are a crucial part of your treatment, allowing for modifications according to your personal progress, advising and assessing follow-up functional tests, and filling prescriptions.
